NATURAL PROCESS
In this process we ferment the coffees with many
different methods.
1.Anaerobic fermentation
2.Natural 72 (controlled aerobic fermentation)
3.Lactic fermentation
4.Fruit maceration ( with jackfruit, sapodilla, papaya,
pineapple, sugarcane, grape )
5.Carbonic maceration.
