selectively picking

For each and every processing we selectively pick the fully ripen coffee fruits with our well trained hand pickers .
We continuously monitor the brix of the coffee fruits. And we maintain an average brix of 25..
After the harvest we sort the coffee fruits manually to remove the under ripen, overripe, damaged fruits.Then we move the coffees to float tank where the floats and insect damages are removed.
After all this basic process, coffee fruits will be processed with many methods like..




RESTING OF COFFEES :

Each and every coffee beans are rested for minimum 15days after drying .

POST DRYING PROCESS:

We hull the coffee with great care and garble the coffees completely with a grade that is free of defects. We supply our coffees in the grade as required by our Rosters and Traders.
