WASHED PROCESS
Coffee fruits are pulped and moved to a special tank for
fermentation
Coffee is kept in anaerobic condition for 48hours.
Later, pH is monitored. After the desired pH reaches the
coffee beans are washed using fresh stream water and
soaked for next 24hours.
And we move the beans to the raised beds for drying.
