Washed Arabica
Jasmine · Lemon zest · Brown sugar

Single-estate, organically grown Arabica from 4,500 ft above sea level in the Eastern Ghats of South India.
Three things every roaster tells us they value most about Kudiraipanjan Estate lots.
Slow ripening at 4,500 ft develops sugar and acidity that lower elevations simply can't match.
Native shade canopy, on-farm composting and zero synthetic inputs since the family took over.
Only ripe red cherries, picked by hand in 6–8 passes per harvest. Nothing is rushed.

Founded in 1878, PKC Kudiraipanjan Estate has been stewarded by the Kandasamy family since 1975. Today, the third generation produces some of India's finest single-estate specialty coffees with the same patience their grandfathers practiced.
