Founded in 1878, PKC Kudiraipanjan Estate has been stewarded by the Kandasamy family since 1975. Today, the third generation produces some of India's finest single-estate specialty coffees with the same patience their grandfathers practiced.

Hand Picked

Only ripe red cherries, selected over six to eight passes per harvest.

Washed

Rinsed in spring water that flows from the hillsides above the estate.

Sun Dried

Slow-dried on raised African beds under careful daily supervision.

Rested

Conditioned in parchment for a minimum of twenty days before hulling.

Hulled

Carefully de-husked and hand-sorted to roaster-spec green grades.

Cupped

Tasted, scored and graded — only the finest lots leave the estate.
